Common questions
- How do I sign in?
- With an email code, a text message code, or Sign in with Apple. Use the same method each time; a different method creates a separate account.
- What is the difference between private and anonymous?
- A private prayer is visible only to you and to friends you share a list with. An anonymous prayer is public, but your name is hidden from everyone.
- How do I report something?
- Open the menu on the prayer, update, or comment and choose Report.
- How do I block someone?
- Open their profile and choose Block. They are not notified. Manage blocks in Settings, then Blocked people.
- How do I mark a prayer answered?
- Open your prayer and tap Mark answered. Yes, no, and not yet are all answers; your note can say which.
- How do I change notifications?
- Settings, then Notifications.
- How do I delete my account?
- Settings, then Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for what is erased.
- I think a moderator made a mistake.
- Email us with a link to the content.
